This page explains how articles on the TextPixAI blog are written, checked, corrected and kept up to date. It applies to every post published at textpixai.com/blog.
Blog posts are published under the name TextPixAI Editorial Team. The team plans topics, drafts articles and keeps older guides up to date.
Every article is reviewed by our editor, Abbas Nura, the founder of TextPixAI. Abbas decides what is published, checks that each post is accurate and useful and is responsible for corrections.
TextPixAI is an AI content platform, and we use AI tools in our own work. Posts may be drafted with help from AI writing tools. No post is published straight from an AI tool. A person reviews and edits every draft before it goes live, which includes:
We do not publish large numbers of pages just to attract search traffic. We would rather publish fewer articles that answer a real question well.
Some of our guides explain how to use TextPixAI tools such as the AI Writer, AI Image Generator, Text to Speech and Speech to Text. When a guide describes steps in one of our tools, we follow those steps in the tool before publishing. Where screenshots or example outputs help, we take them from our own use of the tool and do not alter them to make results look better than they are.
AI tools can give different results each time, so your output may not match our examples exactly.
We prefer official documentation and primary sources, such as government and regulator websites, standards bodies, international organisations, official product documentation and published research. We link to our sources where we use them so readers can check them. We avoid relying on unsourced claims, rumours or other blogs for facts.
Some articles cover health, personal finance, business or law. These articles are general information only. They are not medical, financial, legal or other professional advice, and they do not replace advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. For anything important, check with a doctor, financial adviser, lawyer or other qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
We try hard to get things right, but mistakes can happen. If you spot an error, an out of date fact or a broken link, please tell us through our contact page. Include the article link and what you think is wrong. We review every report. If we confirm an error, we correct the article and, where the change is significant, we note it in the article.
AI tools, laws and prices change quickly. We review older articles regularly and update them when information changes, links break or a guide no longer reflects how a tool works. Articles that can no longer be kept accurate or useful may be merged into a better guide or removed.
TextPixAI may show advertising served by Google AdSense. Advertisers have no say in what we write, and ads do not influence our editorial decisions. Ads are kept separate from article content.
The TextPixAI blog is run by the business behind the TextPixAI tools, so some articles mention or link to our own products. We aim to be fair about what our tools can and cannot do. If we ever publish sponsored content or use affiliate links, we will label them clearly.
You can read more about how we handle data and advertising in our Privacy Policy, and more about the business on our About Us page.
Questions about this policy or any article can be sent through our contact page.
